Yes, we repair desktop and laptop computers, scanners, routers, modems and printers. Also, we offer a replacement service should your particular device be unrecoverable or dated to the point that it makes more sense to upgrade.

On average your wait-time will be around two business days. However, this time can change based on hardware availability and/or your particular repair/upgrade/replacement needs. Occasionally, common and simple repairs may be completed within 24-hours. Regardless of your needs, Absolute IT will keep you informed of the status of your repair.

Regular business hours are: Mon-Fri 8:30AM ~ 5:00PM …. but computers don’t always behave badly during regular business hours, so we are also available after hours for emergency service too.
